All orders are processed 1-2 working days. Please be aware this is only estimated and delivery delays may occur.

Customs And Duties
All customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and Yoyo Worldwide LTD cannot be held accountable for any charges which are incurred.
Please be aware we can't be held accountable if the order are held within your country's processing centre/customs.
Important Information Regarding EU Orders
All orders to the EU may incur import tax, vat and handling fees from the shipping agent.
Yoyo Worldwide is not held accountable for any customs charges which are incurred.
If you decline to pay the customs and the parcel is returned back to Yoyo Worldwide and we are charged the import taxes, this will be deducted from your refund.
Alongside this if the parcel is lost after you reject the import tax; we will unable to provide a refund.
Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, no questions asked. You have 30 days, from the date of receipt, to return your items to us.
Items must be returned in 'perfect sellable condition’. We do not expect the garments to be necessarily plastic wrapped and perfectly folded, but we are certainly unable to accept items for return if;
- Tags have been removed.
- They are marked, soiled, stretched, bleached or damaged in anyway.
- They are scented with aftershave, perfume, deodorant or smoke.
- They have been washed.
- All accessories must be un-used and returned in the original packaging.
- Once a print has been framed, we cannot accept either the print or the frame for return.
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for underwear and socks unless faulty.
All goods/ products are at the responsibility of the customer until they have been delivered to us.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it to be in an unsuitable condition and the items may be returned to you at your own cost.
How To Return Your Item/S To Us:
Returns are at the cost of the customer unless faulty or an error has occurred. In such an instance please contact us to arrange a free return. We cannot reimburse return postage costs if items have been returned without contacting us first.
- Pack your parcel securely, include your order form, and address it to the address below.
- Please allow us up to two working days to process either your refund or exchange. We will contact you by email to confirm completion of your return.

Exchanges
We do not exchange products. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or adjusted. You can request to cancel your order, but it is not guaranteed and depends on whether your order has entered the packing or postage phases. If your cancellation is successful, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
Cancellations
Please notify us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. If your cancellation request reaches us before your order is posted, we will issue a full refund upon your instruction. Cut off time for postage is usually 2pm, we don't post or deliver Sundays or on bank holidays.
If you notify us that you wish to cancel your order after it's been posted out, we will not refund the additional return to sender fee.

If it’s still before your estimated delivery date, please be patient, your package is on the way. If it’s after your estimated delivery date, please contact us.
